El Car Wash - Merrill Road

Came in today to get a wash for my rental car before returning it. I don’t necessarily live in the vicinity but this location was convenient today. However, with the service and consideration I received from Enrique I plan on returning with my wife and my own car on a regular basis! This place is absolutely awesome and I’m so glad to have found it!

Shame zero stars isn’t an option. I got the graphene wash ( which is the most expensive) and the machine scratched and dented my brand new 2026 in an odd place. We had the car inspected by the dealership that confirmed my complaint and attested that this kind of scratch could only come from machinery. The manager Eston Hendricks was very rude, dismissive and unprofessional. It was unprovoked and rehearsed. He stated he did not have to show me anything, the company wasn’t paying because on the camera I arrived with the scratch. My cameras show the condition of my brand new 2026 leaving my house shortly before I arrived there without any scratch so I will be interested to hear the reason behind that falsehood. Although the young people that work there were very nice it was obvious they didn’t really know what to do outside of contacting him. They even did the botched the incident and refused to fix it. They listed my comments twice and nothing else. I am shocked and appalled by the behavior of the so called manager. It was utterly disappointing to experience such terrible customer service when the company is clearly at fault.

Literally a waist of money! The car wash literally leaves bird poop on my car. That’s the whole reason for having a membership because I have to park under a tree where birds messes my car up almost daily. Not to mention the workers are too busy on their phones to even pre spray your car before the wash or to direct you onto the pusher. The vacuums barely have any suction to them. When mentioned to a work he literally looked at me and said it’s working fine to me. I will not allow my husband to pay another month of membership from this place! What a joke!

Worst first experience of my life. The girl at the entrance was on her phone speaking with phone up to ear didn't greet me with a hello or anything then walks up to my car... again didn't speak or anything just stood there..due to her lack of customer service I told her I did not want her help she proceeds to say “ I have to stand here they are watching me on camera” I told her again that I didn't want her help..she still stood there..As I was reading the special offers on the screen to sign up as a member she hit the “no thanks” button and walked off not even giving me a chance to pick what I wanted. She is extremely rude and lacks simple customer service skills. I complained to the office staff about her as well & everyone in the office was pleasant and welcoming not sure how far my complaint will go so I'm leaving a review as well!
